Other Random Things

On Tuesday, Braddock and I decided to take a trip over to Auntie Jenna's Crib in Springville.

Braddock was overjoyed to get out of our house and play with all the cool toys that Jack and Henry have. I think his favorite thing to play with was Henry's bald head. Braddock has never encountered a human being without hair, and so he was constantly trying to "rub" it. He wasn't very gentle and poor Henry would blink everytime Braddock would reach for it.

Next, we tried out the sweet Bumbo chair that Jack and Henry have. He got bored with it quite fast, but I hurried and took some pics of him in it.He barely fits!
Later that night, Jenna and I attempted to take a picture of all three of them. I think this was the best one we got. Jack lost his balance and Henry was probably wishing he was where Jack was to avoid another "head rub" from Braddock.
This picture was taken on Grandma and Grandpa Partridges Farm. I took a picture of Braddock and Jim in the bucket of the tractor. I was really stupid to have encouraged them to stand in there because I had no idea what was going to happen next. Look below to see.....
Ahhhhhhhhhh!! I panicked while Braddock laughed and smiled the whole ride up! Don't worry....Jim was in there with him. He's just crouched down. I think I'm going to have a heart attack by the time I'm 25 though. When Braddock and Jim came back down, Braddock started crying because he wanted back up! What am I going to do with that kid?!

My Experience at Applebees.......You Might NOT want to read this.

So Jim and I decided to go to dinner and a movie Wednesday night because we desperately needed to go on a date. There was no food in our house and I was so hungry. Applebees sounded so good to me, so I made Jim drive us to Orem so I could have their Chicken Fajita Rollup. Well we walk in and I realize that I'm gonna barf and I have about 5 seconds to get to a bathroom. I run to the restroom - ONLY 2 STALLS!

Luckily, there was one vacant, but I felt bad for the woman who was in the other one because she had no idea what she was going to hear from my stall. I thought I would be nice and give her a warning. This is what happened.

Me: Whoever you are in the other stall, I just want to let you know I'm pregnant and you're going to be hearing some pretty bad sounds here in a couple seconds..........BLAHHHHHHH!

Other Stall Woman: Oh honey, I've been there before. You just go on ahead.

Me: Agggggghhhhhhh, aghhhhhhhh (those are some vicious gagging sounds)

Other Stall Woman: Yes, I remember when I was pregnant. It was horrible........

Me: Bwahhhhhhhhh (continuing to puke) . In my head, I was thinking, "Woman, shut up!"

Other Stall Woman: I don't know why people say they like being pregnant. I think people who say that are crazy.....

Me: Splatter!! ( i thought i was done puking, so I was about to leave the stall, but realized that my job wasn't finished yet. I did a quick pivot to the toilet, but was a little off.)

Other Stall Woman: Oh dear. (Disgusted with the little present I left her on the floor)

Me: I'm so sorry.

Other Stall Woman: .........................

Yes, the woman just quit talking and left! Awkward moment. I wasn't sure if I wanted to leave the restroom because I was so embarrassed. I also felt really bad that the lady had to listen to me disgorge what was in my stomach (and see a little bit of it too.) BUT COME ON! Who tries to put on a conversation with someone who is puking up a storm?!

Finally, I made the decision to leave the bathroom and go sit with my husband. He was nice enough to order what I wanted while I was gone. So the food came shortly after and I took one look at it and decided that I no longer wanted it. Poor Jim. He was a good sport about it though and we had fun anyway!

Sorry, this was a really gross story, but I have nothing else to share.

Last Sunday, our little fam went to

Grandma Nelson's house for dinner. We had it out in their beautiful backyard and the weather was glorious! Aren't my boys so cute?? I love them to pieces! Yeah, and if you click on the picture, you'll notice Jim's hand is on my rear. He does it to make me mad and it works!

The Ultrasound Tech didn't want to make any promises, but he for sure could not find any boy parts. I'll go in again next week just to be sure. If something pops up next time, I'll be just as happy!

Just Wanted to Say........

1 MONTH TIL'............FALL!!!

THE WEATHER IN THE MORNINGS HERE HAS BEEN SO INCREDIBLY NICE!! IT REMINDS ME OF ARIZONA IN LATE OCTOBER. I'VE BOUGHT A WHOLE BUNCH OF PINE AND APPLE CINNAMON CANDLES AND I'VE HAD THIS STRONG URGE TO ALREADY GO CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?? I GUESS THAT IS JUST THE WALKER BLOOD IN ME. OH WELL!!!

Five Things I've been Wanting to Eat this Week

Before you look at the following, please understand that this pregnancy has done some CRAZY things to me!! Lately, I cry all the time for no apparent reason, I sleep like I'm hibernating, pee like a racehorse, and crave very specific foods. Just look below!

Yum! Nectarines!! Even if they can't stay in my system, I forgive them. They'll always be tasty!
Pizza. Not just any kind. It has to be Canadian Bacon and Pineapple. Lately, I have been wanting to go to Lil' Pizazz in Queen Creek, AZ and get some of theirs. Too bad they went out of business. That has to be some of the saddest news I have ever heard.

No, I don't crave poop. This is dirt. And yes, it looks tempting.



Everytime I put a load in the dishwasher, I start to get hungry. The smell of this stuff makes me want to eat the whole box.

Last but not least.... cardboard. Is it normal to want to eat like a GOAT when you're pregnant?? Please tell me I'm not losing my mind!! Some of you will probably take me off of your link list after viewing this post. Hopefully, I'm back to normal in a few weeks! :)
